If you decided that you have the profile of entrepreneurs and home-business and chose to start at home, follow these 12 steps for starting.
1. Investigate. Soak in all the information you find on two main themes: your business (market, experience of similar companies in other countries and in the very latest trends and products), as well as entrepreneurs working at home.
Remember that your knowledge will be your main weapon to fight this battle.
2. Make realistic numbers. Do not expect to become a millionaire in the boot stage. Study how much you should invest, how many will have to spend on personal expenses, manage a salary, that is, an amount that shall continue while the time comes to profits.
3. Separate your bank accounts. After making accounts, some of the money intended for business and deposited in another account as you consider for your expenses or family wealth. With this simple action, solve two important points:
a) You can keep track of income and expenses of your business easier
b) eliminate some of the financial stress caused by starting a business
If you plan to spend all your capital to the business, do not forget the advice about setting, as part of your initial budget, a salary that allows you to cover living expenses. Allow this respite, much required at this stage can lead to the breakdown of your purpose and business.
4. Make a business plan. Any type of company requires this essential document, you serve as a reference in the early stages of your company.
5. Regards to your family. If you live alone, you can skip this step. But if you already have a family, it is very important to make a meeting to discuss your plans: objectives (what will you do to get them), responsibilities, obligations and what you expect of others. Together, we can establish a dynamic of life that encourages business development in harmony with the activities of the rest of the family.
6. Protects your investment. Ensures that the goods you purchase to establish your business have warranty and maintenance service. It should be ensured, in order to protect the money you have channeled these purchases.
Similarly, on starting work on your own, you will have no health services, so should you hire policies for medical expenses and other forms of protection for your family and your assets.
