Four Things to Consider Before Starting A Business

four things to consider before starting a businessBefore starting a business both online and off has to take into account four things:

1. Define your niche market

There are two approaches to choosing a market niche or topic in which to develop a business:

1. Inner Focus. It is the underlying skills, knowledge and passion of the entrepreneur.

2. External focus. Is that based on demand, “missing a bakery cakes amount.”

The right approach is one that combines the two approaches. If your business is in demand bases, you have to learn about this or hire people with skills, knowledge and passion about the topic to be developed. And if your business is based on your own skills, knowledge and passions, you need to find a niche where they develop.

To develop these two approaches we focus on two key works are the following two points:

2. Market Study

In market research there are 3 key points:

1. It analyzes the demand. If there are people with money to spend and are looking on the internet what you offer, because there is no business. Who are “those who are” what they need, as we seek … have to analyze all possibilities.

2. Analyze the offer. Surely you are not the only offering that product or service in your niche market, analyzing who is offering the same, as is offering and what are its shortcomings advantage when you define your niche and your bid.

3. Analyzes trends. It is considering whether there is demand in your niche is here to stay, which only occurs at certain times or if you have long life.

3. Meet demand

Here is where you define your offer, here are your weapons define sales and how you will develop marketing strategies to bring your product or service to your client. Here it is important that you work several things to make a difference that will make people buy from you instead of your competitor

1. USP (unique selling proposition). A USP is a short summary that defines precisely what you offer, or do you represent and positions you as something different in the minds of your customers or potential customers.

2. Brand and positioning. Based on your USP, your brand (personal or business) will represent your position in the market. It is simply to translate into a brand (slogan, logo, content, etc.) How you want others to see your business.

3. Specialization. Provide specialized content and services will make you enter the door that says “WELCOME” to the house of your client. The fact that they see you as someone willing to share their knowledge is something that will give confidence and credibility to your brand and ultimately your business.

4. Think and act like an entrepreneur

If you ride a very small business because it is need to do things and act like an entrepreneur. If you follow up a business and acting as an employee may not have much success.

The entrepreneur’s objective is to assemble something that works without the need to work or presence, which is known as creating an asset. For that you will have to be willing to work hard in the beginning and “be open” to failure. Being an entrepreneur is to assume that risk and that work.
